How do I get my Digital product?
When all Digital Purchases (ebooks and audiobooks) have been made a download link will appear Due to their large file size 100-200mb, it's recommended that you connect to a Wi-Fi network to download an audiobook.
I HAVE FOUND IT BEST TO DOWNLOAD ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS VIA LAPTOP/PC/MAC AND THEN UPLOAD ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS TO A DOCKED DEVICE SUCH AS AN IPOD, IPHONE, TABLET OR ANDROID DEVICE.

If your order has not arrived by the time listed then please contact our Customer Support Team so that we can investigate.
Expiration of Digital Download Links
To stop Digital Sharing there is a 24-hour expiry on all download links after purchase. It is thoroughly recommended that you start the download process immediately to avoid losing this link.
I have extended the expiration period on larger audiobooks by 2-3 days
Returning Tangible/Physical items bought from dcbookshop.co.uk
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. I will issue a refund to the original source the payment was made from.
For items returned within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Digital Download Purchases, including downloadable PDFs, Audiobooks and Video Products, Gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened, are not returnable.

Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.
If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
